Prices in EUR for 4 persons. Extra persons 12.5% surcharge per person. Check in from 15:00, check out up to 11:00.

Early booking discounts: from 3% if booked 5 months before the start of your stay up to 12% if booked 14 or more months before the start of your stay.

Prices include the costs for fair use of water, electricity, gas, internet, bed linen & towels and standard end-cleaning. So no unexpected bills at the end of your stay!

Property Security Deposit EUR 250.- or GBP 200.- in cash. Returned if no loss or damage to our property.

We invoice you upon our acceptance of your booking request.
A deposit of the rental fee needs to be in our account within 3 working days of the invoice date.

If you book within two months of the start of your stay then the deposit is 100% of the total rental fee, else the deposit is 20% of the total rental fee and then the balance of the rental fee needs to be in our account two months before the start of your stay.

You have the choice of paying into our EUR bank account, into our GBP bank account or, for a surcharge, on-line by card or from your PayPal account.

If you choose to pay into our GBP account then please be advised that we use the UK Post Office' rate for buying EUR with GBP at the invoice date.

If you choose to pay on-line by card or PayPal account, then we surcharge 4.0% if you pay from outside the EU and/or not in EUR and 3.5% if you pay from within the EU and in EUR.
