Prices include the costs for standard water, electricity and gas consumption; (fair use of) broadband internet connection, bed linen & towels and standard end cleaning. So no unexpected bills at the end of your stay!
Optional houskeeping services EUR 10.-/hr. Other services on your request.
Property Security Deposit EUR 250.- or GBP 200.-
Upon our acceptance of your booking request we shall invoice you detailling all
necessary payment information.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee needs to be
in our account within 3 working days of the invoice date.
If you book within
two months of the start of your stay or if you claim an early booking discount,
then the balance of the rental fee needs to be in our account within 3 working
days of the invoice date. Else, the balance of the rental fee needs to be in our
account two months before the start of your stay.
You have the choice of paying into our EUR, GBP or PayPal account.
If you choose to pay into our GBP account then please be advised that we use the UK Post Office' rate for buying EUR with GBP at the date of invoice date.
If you choose to pay on-line (using your
Credit/Debit card or paying from your PayPal account) then we surcharge 4.0% if you pay from outside the EU or not in EUR, else we surcharge 3.5%.
